Hello Rashunda!

Thanks for stopping by and the encouraging words!
It's not finished yet... alot of work still to go, and I may to redo some parts... I would like it to be as close as possible to the orignal drawing...
Now whether this is a headdress? well... I must admit I don't see my self walking around with it, but I plan eventually a short film, so this is an essential prop, (although I'm sure it would keep me warm in the winter..:-)

Happy Everything!

Hello Carisa,
Thank you for yor thoughts. It's good to know other people out there have similar concerns. Times are changing rapidly, from many aspects and as people, but especially artists we have to adjust our creative habits as well as our daily lifestyle (at least those of us that think this is a thing to do. I don't believe that the answer is painting on cave walls again.
We should seek some kind of moderation... try to create less waste, recycle whatever we can, more than we ever did, and find a nice shade of grey between black and white, the everything or nothing at all...

Your work is beautiful, and the world needs some of that too... :-)

Hello!

I've been thinking about this alot, lately. I want to create, and produce, but how does one reconcile making a living with potential harm to the environment? A sometime creator of dolls (side hobby) I pit using Sculpey (a man made material) with Paperclay (volcanic ash/paper). When choosing brushes, I want to use synthetic to avoid animal hair, but doesn't synthetics=plastic/consumption of oil?
A very good question to which there may be no good answers.

Hello Rashunda,

Thanks for visiting Sakki-Sakki today! :-)

Yes, you are right... having the tools is one thing, and getting dirty with them is another... The morning pages are actually YOUR tool. You just get in touch with your inner and outer self... you make sure that you don't get lost...

Happy New Steps then! They may lead to some Dancing, you know.....

Best
M
